Carried away by Cards

Last week I saw something posted on Facebook that got me super super excited! It was definitely too good to pass up.

Shutterfly is offering a deal to bloggers for fifty free photo cards. It got me thinking about Christmas cards that we've done in the past and what my plan was for this year.

Click my Review page to here all about it...

I filled out the Shutterfly thing too! :)

Don't worry, I haven't even looked through my photos to figure out what I'll use, so you're already ahead of me! I was looking at all the card options a week ago though, and it definitely gets overwhelming with all the options. I love the multi-photo option so I'll probably go with that. As many photos as I have of the kids that I LOVE, getting a good family picture that I'm happy with is always a challenge...

You can always ask, and I'd be happy to take some photos of you guys :) Either way, we'll be so happy to have the DeMo family up on our wall!

I would do the multi one. that way get get a little of both, plus people won't confuse it with an older card (as if they could remember that far back!!

I like Erin's idea. Do multiple pics and have one of the pics be the girls in their cute dresses.

No confusion. Dresses. Can even include a pic of all of you.

Win/win/win.

Though that does present a lot of options do your best to focus on simplicity. No one else knows the selection of pictures you have to choose from to say "oh she should have used this picture and not that one..." and so forth. Well, maybe some people do, but I doubt they would say that anyway!

This is the first year I've done a photocard and since I had a camera for a day I did one picture of just the kids...not realizing that the best picture Katie had her binky in and Noah has in hand in his sock! Oh well, in a way it defines us!

Mine are here, addressed, stamped, and I too, am contemplating a family letter. However, I don't know how to go about it either! Our life just isn't that exciting!
